How 8 kindness started
Small acts of kindness, like sending a handwritten note or a thoughtful gift, can make a big difference.
The goal of 8 kindness is to spread hope and foster genuine connections through simple acts of kindness, starting with lovingly prepared Seed Packets of Joy, Hope, and Kindness.
Receive a Kindness
Get a thank you or a smile, find a Seed Packet of Kindness. Anything small or big that brightened a moment in your day.
Pay It Forward
Share an act of kindness with someone else in your community – whether that’s a kind message, a gift, or reaching out to someone to see how they are doing.
Spread the Word
